All prices are per apartment per night occupied with max. two adults in Euro incl. 7% sales tax and the Tourism- and Climate-Protection Levy of the City of Konstanz (5,6%).

Single night bookings are not possible. Reservations for short stays less then 4 nights cannot be guaranteed. In that case we have also another pricing.

Children under 16 years stay free with their parents. For every person older than 16 we charge 10,- extra per day.

Included in the price are all towels and linen for every person and tea towels and the final cleaning.

When booking a down payment of 20% of the full price is need to be paid. The balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.

Check-In: daily from 15 o'clock (early check-in 29,-)

Check-Out: daily till 10 o'clock (late check-out 29,-)
